Welcome to the Rosacea
Self-Assessment Tool
If you are concerned about a specific skin issue and don’t know where to start, you’ve come to the right place. It should take one or two minutes to complete the questions and get your personal skin analysis results.

Your Self-Assessment: No questions are required, but the more you answer, the better your results will be! Please be as open and accurate as possible. Once you have completed the steps, the tool analyzes your answers and provides the appropriate results. You will then have the information you require to talk with your doctor or dermatologist! Be sure to use the Find a Dermatologist online locator, provided on the Your Results page, to search for a Canadian Dermatologist in your area. We respect your privacy and do not keep any information you provide as part of this tool. The information provided is used strictly on a one-time basis to enable an accurate self-assessment of your skin.

Keep in mind that the Rosacea Self-Assessment Tool is designed to create awareness about possible skin conditions and help you identify potential areas to discuss with your dermatologist. It is not a replacement for an appointment with your dermatologist. A doctor should evaluate any distressing skin condition.

Factors such as sex, age and family history are important in making an accurate assessment of your skin and of likely skin conditions.
